TaxNova AI Chrome Extension - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using "TaxNova AI | Google Docs, Confluence & Notion Bulk Download" (the "Extension"), a Chrome browser extension provided by TAXNOVA LTD ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the Extension.

"TaxNova AI | Google Docs, Confluence & Notion Bulk Download" is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to:

• Bulk download documents from Google Docs, Confluence, and Notion
• Expand and process Google Drive folders to retrieve document lists
• Extract document URLs from user-uploaded CSV, TXT, XML, and other text files
• Export documents in various formats for local use

3. User Data and Privacy

We process data necessary for the proper functioning of the Extension as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Local processing only: All document processing happens locally in your browser.

5. Scope of the Extension

This Extension only downloads and processes documents locally on your device. If you choose to subsequently upload or transfer the downloaded documents to TaxNova or any other third-party service:

• That action is outside the scope of this Extension
• It is subject to separate agreements and privacy policies with those services
• It is your independent decision and responsibility

These Terms cover only the Extension's document download functionality, not any subsequent use of the downloaded files.

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and functionality, is owned by TAXNOVA LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice
• Update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify users through the Extension or Chrome Web Store listing
• Terminate your access to the Extension if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, deem harmful to the Extension or other users

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAXNOVA LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE EXTENSION;
• (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OR RELATED TO THE EXTENSION;
• (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE EXTENSION;
• (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
• (E) ANY DOCUMENTS DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE EXTENSION OR SUBSEQUENT USE OF THOSE DOCUMENTS;

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

10. Third-Party Services

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
